JUST ACTION WORKING GROUP ROLES
A new Just Action work group will design collaborative processes, meetings, and convenings to build connections and practice accountability in pursuit of our ultimate goal: building a citywide racial equity toolkit and standards of practice. JUST ACTION ADVISOR
Stipend: $1,500
Commitment Period: January 25, 2021-December 10, 2021
Required Activities:

Attend all four 2021 quarterly meetings (dates TBD) to vote on agendas, provide guidance and make process and design recommendations.

Provide feedback and vote on toolkits and standards of practice.
Optional Activities:

Participate in project team meetings (bi-weekly or as needed) for one of five working group projects (Outreach, Engagement Design, Communications, Research & Data, and Governance & fundraising).

Speak or participate as a special guest in a citywide community of practice (Money, Narrative, or Policy) convening. 1-2 additional meetings may be required related to activity or event production.
JUST ACTION PROJECT COORDINATOR
Stipend: $4,000
Commitment Period: January 25, 2021-December 10, 2021
Required Activities:

Attend all four 2021 quarterly meetings (dates TBD) to present plans and negotiate with advisors and other collaborators.

Design, organize, and facilitate processes, including meetings (bi-weekly or as needed), for one of five working group projects (Outreach, Engagement Design, Communications, Research & Data, and Governance & fundraising).

Gather input and present toolkits and standards of practice to the working group for advisor feedback and vote.
